Hubney is free. Use the tools for whatever you need. Don't be an idiot about it. I do my best to keep things running but I can't promise anything.
Don't do this
- Don't hammer the service with bots or automated scripts.
- Don't try to break, exploit, or probe the infrastructure.
- Don't use the URL shortener to link to malicious or illegal content.
- Don't spam the feedback form.
- Don't upload illegal content through the file tools.
- Don't use the tools for anything illegal where you live.
Your stuff
Files you upload get processed and thrown away. I don't store them, look at them, or claim any rights over them. URLs you shorten are stored to make redirects work. Feedback you submit is stored so I can read it.
Availability
I build Hubney to last and I take uptime seriously, but I'm one person and things can occasionally break. I don't plan on removing tools or shutting anything down, but I can't make legal guarantees about availability.
Rate limits
Requests are rate-limited to keep things fair. If you hit a limit, wait and try again. If you try to get around it, your IP gets blocked.
No warranties
Everything is provided as-is. I'm not liable for data loss, wrong results, downtime, or anything else that goes wrong. Use the tools at your own risk.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top tells you when. If you keep using Hubney after a change, you accept it.
