What is Pomodoro?

A time management method created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Work in focused 25 minute intervals (called pomodoros), take a 5 minute break, then repeat. After four sessions, take a longer break. The constraint forces you to commit to one task at a time and gives your brain regular rest. Durations are configurable if 25/5 doesn't suit your flow.
