GitHub Repo Checker
Analyze repository health based on activity, community, maintenance, security, and documentation
What is a Repository Health Score?
A health score tells you whether an open-source project is actively maintained, documented, and has a real community behind it. Useful when deciding whether to depend on it.
The score is calculated across five categories: Activity (recent commits and push frequency), Community (stars, forks, contributors), Maintenance (releases, issue management, archive status), Security (published advisories), and Documentation (README, license, description, topics). Scores range from 0 to 100, with 80+ indicating a healthy project.
